Leftover plastic containers are normally thrown away. This is not a great idea because of the fact that they are hard to recycle. It is always better to do something that would enhance creativity and be useful in the future. So many crafts exist at the moment and believe it or not, many can be connected with plastic containers as a material of choice. Here are some recommendations. Make sure that you also talk with children as they can take a part in this project.
Creating An Octopus Out Of Plastic Containers
If your child loves the sea, you can take a plastic container and turn it into a colorful octopus. All that you have to do is put the container upside down. Add it to newspaper and paint it to create the body of the octopus. When the paint is drying, take colored paper and cut 8 long strips. These will be the tentacles. You want to fold around 1 centimeter from the bottom back and then turn it. Measure 1 centimeter and fold it on itself. The result is basically a wiggly leg. Add 8 and then choose what you add to create the eyes. Everything can be attached with glue. If you want to, you can even add some hair to make everything even more interesting.
Use The Container To Grow Flowers
This is something that is quite interesting and that is perfect for people that love flowers. You can even grow some herbs that will help you deal with varicose veins treatment in the future without the intervention of doctors like Dr Gregory. In this case you just want to make sure that the container is in a proper condition. Paint containers in a bright color and then leave it out to dry. Take suitable soil for the plants you want to grow. Then, add it to the container together with the seeds. Take care of the new plant and you are left with a great new, cheap addition to your home.
How About A Birdhouse?
Cut out a simple circle from the container’s lid. Take your scissors and pierce lids under the circle. Push dowel rod through it. You only need around five centimeters. Take the lid and stick it to your container with the use of glue. Just leave the new birdhouse out to dry. Decorate it however you see fit. You can even do so with crayons instead of paint. The roof can be done out of a plastic container lid.

As you can so easily notice, there is no reason to throw the plastic containers away. It is actually a really good idea to sit down and think about what you can do with them. The ideas that were mentioned above are just some of a literally endless list of options! You want to focus on something that the entire family can work at. Alternatively, get your little ones involved! The idea is to have as much fun as possible while you transform the containers.
